HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

A $5 flat rate shipping fee is applied to orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Whether you order one or ten pieces; you only pay $5! The other states and territories have rates which will be calculated at checkout. Expedited shipping is available at checkout. Rates are calculated based on destination.

 

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?

For our Standard Delivery, we use a variety of carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL depending on package size, service type, and destination. Expedited Shipping is available for an additional fee at checkout. All orders ship from our warehouse in Washington State. 

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

Most orders are delivered within 7 weekdays, not including weekends or holidays. Our fulfillment center is open Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following Monday. There may be additional delays due to big sales (i.e. Black Friday), carrier delays (i.e. weather), or global events (i.e. Covid19). Please allow your tracking information 24 hours to update before sending us an email. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We are currently not offering international shipping. We are so sorry!

 

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

Yes! Shipping to P.O. boxes is only available through USPS and their delivery options.

 

HOW DO I UPGRADE TO EXPEDITED?

Please choose the expedited option at check out.

Expedited 2-Day Shipping rates are calculated based on your destination and weight of your order. Orders placed before 2pm PST with Expedited Shipping will be fulfilled that day. For orders placed on Thursdays before 2pm PST, Saturday delivery may be an available option. See Saturday Delivery below.

Overnight Shipping is available upon request if ordered before 2:00 PM PST and subject to carrier availability. If you have any questions, please email us! shopsistertosister@gmail.com

 

DO YOU DELIVER ON SATURDAYS?

Yes! Saturday delivery is an extra option available only to those who selected FedEx or UPS expedited 2-Day Shipping options. To upgrade your shipment to Saturday delivery, please email us your request and pay the additional invoiced fee (typically $10-$20) before Thursday, 2pm PST. Saturday delivery is only available for expedited shipping orders going out on Thursday.

 

WHAT IF I MAKE A MISTAKE ON MY ADDRESS?

Please email us as soon as possible! We will change the address if it is still in our warehouse. If your order has already left our warehouse or returned to us as undeliverable, you are responsible for any shipping fees required to resend the package.

 

MY ORDER HAS BEEN LOST. HELP!

While we will do our best to resolve shipping problems, you have a better chance of locating a lost package by contacting the carrier directly. They may reach out to the actual delivery driver on your route.

 

I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER

To modify or cancel your order, please email us ASAP so we can assist you. If you placed your order with Standard Shipping, we may be able to cancel orders if you contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. If you placed your order with Expedited Shipping and have received your tracking number, we are unfortunately unable to cancel your order because we prioritize those orders to get them to you on time. We do not currently have a phone number for our fulfillment center. We can only be contacted through email which is checked frequently.
